Late Night Check Ins
Guests who are expecting to arrive after 9p.m. on their day of arrival, must make prior arrangements with the Summer Inn staff.
Cancellations*
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check in. A one
night charge may be incurred if concellations are not received by this time (does
not apply to group agreements).

fax to 805.893.2662. Cancellations must be made in writing.
